Terms And Conditions
Please review the terms before sending your quote request.
1. Our quotation is based on the property being in standard condition. The price may change after inspection on the day of cleaning, depending on the property size and condition. If we find the property is in very poor condition or requires cleaning not discussed when quoting, we will contact you about the additional cost.
2. Our End of Lease Packages include 1 kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 living area, 1 dining area, and the selected bedrooms and bathrooms.
3. If an End of Lease clean requires rectification by Quick Cleaning, we must be advised within a maximum of 3 days of the cleaning date.
4. Regular cleaning has a minimum booking time of 2 hours and is carried out weekly or fortnightly.
5. Spring cleaning has a minimum booking time of 3 hours. Spring Cleaning will not pass an End of Lease inspection, and we do not guarantee it will achieve the standard required for an End of Lease clean.
6. Our quotation does not include extras not advised at the time of quoting.
Regular Cleaning and Spring Cleaning extras include:
– Balcony and outdoor area cleaning
– Carpet steam cleaning
– Furniture cleaning
– Fridge cleaning
– Blinds cleaning
– Carpeted stairs
– Inside cupboards
– Oven and rangehood
– Internal and external windows
– Ironing, folding, dish washing and changing sheets
End of Lease Cleaning extras include:
– Balcony and outdoor area cleaning
– Garage/basement car space and storage enclosure cleaning
– Carpet steam cleaning and furniture cleaning
– Fridge cleaning and external windows
– Window track cleaning, blinds, carpeted stairs and high-level cleaning work
– Furnished properties and furnished properties with utensils, pots and pans
Blinds and curtains are excluded from the package price but can be added at an additional cost. Balcony, deck/courtyard and garage cleaning allow a sweep and mop only. Industrial cleaning requiring high-pressure cleaning, acid wash or scrubbing will be charged additionally.
7. Wall marks and dirt are limited. Whole-wall washing is an additional charge for End of Lease cleaning and is not included in Regular or Spring Cleaning.
8. Ceiling cleaning is an additional charge.
9. Fridge cleaning is an additional charge.
10. All outside areas are excluded unless the client requests outdoor cleaning.
11. Multi/double-storey properties and large properties may incur an additional cost if correct information is not supplied at the time of quoting.
12. Properties in poor condition may incur an additional cost for carpet stains, extensive wall marks, extensive mould, dirty sliding door tracks, and similar items.
13. A lifting and handling fee may apply when carpet steam cleaning or heavy equipment is required above ground floor where there is no lift access.
14. Window furnishings such as blinds and curtains are not included in the package price. We only clean windows that we can access. Please remove fly screens before cleaning; we will not remove fly screens requiring tools.
15. Removal of concrete, grout, paint or glue residue from windows, walls and floors is not included in the standard quote and will incur an additional charge.
16. Carpet steam cleaning does not guarantee all stains will be removed. Caustics, acids and permanent dyes may leave permanent stains. Stain treatment is an additional cost and will be quoted after inspection. Hard water stains and marks are not removed as part of the cleaning service.
17. Furnished properties or appliances left to be cleaned may incur an additional cost, quoted on the day of cleaning. Utensil and plate ware cleaning, if required, will be quoted before work begins.
